LOGO USE
WHO MAY USE THE PILATES FOR GOLF GRAPHIC, HOLE IN ONE FITNESS™ AND HOLE IN ONE PILATES INTERNATIONAL™ TRADEMARK AND LOGO?
Anyone licensed by Hole in One Fitness™ Limited and Hole in One Pilates International™ Inc, including current Association of Golf Fitness Professionals (AGFP) members, has the right to promote and use the Hole in One Fitness Trademarks and Pilates for Golf so long as such use follows the guidelines in their written license. (AGFP Members can review their Membership and License Agreement by logging into their AGFP account and accessing the Terms and Conditions.) We ask that our licensees contact us immediately if they become aware of any unauthorized or improper use of the Hole in One Fitness™, Pilates for Golf or Hole in One Pilates International Trademarks.
The Pilates for Golf ™ , Hole in One Pilates International™ and Hole in One Fitness™ Logos were designed to designate products and services developed by Hole in One Pilates International Inc. and may be used by licensees in its exact form to advertise and promote the Hole in One Fitness™ programs. Under no circumstances may the Pilates for Golf ™ , Hole in One Pilates International™ and Hole in One Fitness™ Logos be used without Hole in One Pilates International Inc. express written consent.
Association of Golf Fitness Professional Members may have access to the correct format of the Hole in One Fitness™ and Hole in One Pilates International™ logos in the Marketing Materials and may use the logos with permission as long as Membership is retained. The Logo is not to be used in any form that varies from the sample provided and must not be used in combination with any other trade name or logo.
THE HOLE IN ONE FITNESS AND PILATES FOR GOLF GRAPHICS and TRADEMARKS SHOULD NOT BE USED IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:
• With the image alongside any other text than that of the trademarked name
• Misspelled—For example, “Whole in One.” Or “Hole in 1”
• As part of a trade name—For instance, “The California Hole in One Fitness Center.”
• As a generic term—For example, as a name for a fitness program “My gym offers Hole in One Fitness.”
• To advertise programs or products not affiliated with Hole in One Fitness Limited™ and Hole in One Pilates International™.
