Never in any sport are the challenges as unique as they are in golf. We strongly recommend each workshop in this series to establish a well rounded practice.

Mature Golfer
Golf is a different sport from most others we enjoy. Almost all golfers play more, rather than less, as they mature. This additional play and skill can be highly satisfying to golfers; however, it puts them at risk for a number of overuse syndromes directly caused by the motion requirements of golf. The repetitive nature of the activity can exacerbate pre-existing and age-related orthopedic pathology. Learn to recognize, through assessment testing the unique challenges faced my mature golfers.
